About Harold
Harold Shepley constructed a trail to regulation that started within the study room. He earned a B.S. in Political Science and Business Administration from Washington & Jefferson College in 1992. He then attended Capital University Law School, receiving his Juris Doctor in 1995 and taking part in the Capital Law School Legal Clinic’s Tax Assistance Program whilst enrolled.
Those early medical experiences put him in the front of clients and real tax issues. They shaped how he approached legal work within the years immediately following law school.
