About Glenn James

Glenn James Murphy earned his Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law after finishing his undergraduate research at Framingham State College. He built a foundation in local and state regulation at some point of his years in Massachusetts, the place he has lived and labored for his career. His academic path combined a conventional legal education with roots in the regional network he serves.

Murphy launched a solo practice in 2001, opening the Law Office of Glenn J. Murphy. He maintained that independent practice whilst expanding his expert ties. In 2008 he took on an of-counsel position at Borchers Law P.C., supplementing his solo work with collaborative matters treated along different lawyers. He has been a member of the Massachusetts State Bar since 2001.

His nearby involvement runs along his legal work. Since 2007 he has served on the Town of Medway Conservation Commission. He joined the Medway Open Space Committee the following year, participating in municipal discussions about land use and preservation. Those roles place him at the intersection of law, municipal governance, and network making plans.

Murphy’s expert affiliations reflect realistic factors of his practice. He has been an agent for First American Title Insurance Company since 2007, a position that brings him into routine contact with property transactions and title issues. The title-agent position complements his private practice and his municipal conservation work, connecting courthouse procedures, title issues and local land-use policy.

Throughout his career Murphy has handled a mixture of matters typical of a Massachusetts general practitioner who works in real estate and municipal affairs. He is relaxed negotiating the paperwork of property transfers, analyzing title worries and advising on the regulatory questions that frequently occur when land is developed or conserved. His municipal committee work keeps him near the practical implications of nearby bylaws and conservation regulations.

Colleagues and clients see him as a lawyer who combines courtroom information with hands-on municipal knowledge. He balances solo practice responsibilities with the occasional collaborative role as senior advisor. Those overlapping roles provide him a continuous view of both transactional and local-authorities work.

He maintains an active legal presence in Massachusetts, conducting matters thru his Law Office of Glenn J. Murphy and serving senior advisor at Borchers Law P.C. He currently makes a speciality of real estate transactions, title issues and municipal conservation and open-area things in Massachusetts.
