His commitment to public service is clear through his management roles with Legal Aid of North Carolina, where he served as Board Chair, and Legal Services of North Carolina, where he used to be President. In 2025, Glenn was inducted into the North Carolina Bar Association's Legal Practice Hall of Fame, spotting his outstanding contributions to the legal career. Glenn is married to Ronda Bailey Barfield, and that they have two sons, Gabriel and Lucas. Gabriel works with Glenn on the company, whilst Lucas is a professional chef.
Outside of his expert endeavors, Glenn has coached youth football and basketball for the Spring Creek Youth Association, demonstrating his commitment to community engagement.
