About Gabrielle L.
Gabrielle L. Denby built her legal foundation in New England and upstate New York. She earned a B.A. in political science and religion from Mount Holyoke College in 2008, observed by a M.S. in political science and international regulation and conflict resolution from Syracuse University in 2010. She finished her J.D. at Suffolk University Law School in 2013.
Her early work mixed studies, coverage and hands-on legal placements. As an undergraduate she assisted faculty within the faith branch and later served as a teaching assistant on the Maxwell School. She interned in Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton’s workplace in 2003. During law school she held internships and clerkships at multiple offices, including a law clerk role on the Law Office of Marc E. Canner and an internship with Homeowner Options for Massachusetts Elders. She also labored as a regulation clerk for the Department of Labor Standards and at the investor group at Ceres, gaining publicity to regulatory and transactional things.
After law school she served as a Judicial Fellow to the Honorable Spencer M. Kagan on the Middlesex Probate and Family Court. That task offered direct knowledge with estate administration and family court procedures and the day-to-day mechanics of household regulation litigation. She later joined Foley & MacAdie, P.C. as an affiliate and in 2015 labored as a contract lawyer with Wilchins Cosentino & Friend LLP.
In 2015 she founded The Denby Law Office, P.C. and serves as its managing shareholder. Her practice draws on her courtroom experience and prior clerkships. She handles matters that occur in probate and household courtroom and provides counseling on domestic relations, estate-related issues and associated civil matters. Her background includes each court work and negotiated resolutions for clients seeking readability on private and legal matters.
Denby keeps memberships in several professional teams. She is licensed to the New York State Bar (2017) and belongs to the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts LGBTQ Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts and the Greater Boston Family Law American Inn of Court. She is also a member of the National Association of Professional Women.
She practices from The Denby Law Office, P.C., the place she represents clients in household law, probate and related civil things and handles client counseling, negotiation and litigation as needed.
