About Frank R.
Frank R. DiFranco earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law on the Illinois Institute of Technology in 1987. He finished his law school training in Chicago and moved quickly into practice in the identical state. His Juris Doctor and early bar admission set the stage for an extended profession in Illinois regulation.
He joined the Illinois State Bar in 1987 and has maintained membership continuously. Those early years after law school included building realistic knowledge on the bench and behind the scenes. In 1993 he established his own practice, founding DiFranco & Associates, P.C., and took at the duties of lawyer and owner. Running a small company required him to manage each client work and the enterprise aspect of regulation. He has sustained the practice through modifications in the legal marketplace and in the regulatory surroundings.
