Erica R. S. Hunt combines decades in practice with a measured, institutional background. She educated at two well-known faculties, earning a bachelor’s degree in politics from New York University in 1985 and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1987. Early on she based roots in the state bar and within the federal circuit that covers it. She is licensed in Maryland and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
