About Eric
Eric Valente combines legal training and enterprise knowledge in a tradition centered on planning and disputes that touch household and trade. He earned each a law degree and a MBA from the University of Toledo, completing his MBA in 2009 and his J.D. in 2011. That twin education has shaped how he strategies client issues — he reads transactional detail and appears for realistic solutions that in shape a client’s financial image.
After law program he joined J.W. Krueger & Associates as an associate lawyer in 2011. There he treated matters that introduced him into touch with estate and enterprise problems. The early years at a smaller company gave him a chance to control documents from intake thru resolution and to grow a direct personal involvement to client counseling and record drafting.
In 2015 he launched Valente Law, LLC and has been a founding member and practicing lawyer since. Building a solo and small-firm practice intended taking on roles past casework: business administration, client improvement and workplace management became part of the day-to-day. Opening the Brecksville office allowed him to serve nearby clients who wanted assist with wills, trusts, probate proceedings and business matters.
His practice attracts on each regulation and enterprise. He prepares estate making plans documents, guides households thru estate administration, and assists enterprise proprietors with formation and governance questions. Because he holds a MBA in addition to his Juris Doctor, he often addresses the monetary and structural aspects of client issues instead of treating legal files in isolation. That point of view informs client meetings, negotiations and the drafting of agreements and property plans.
Valente maintains ties to professional organizations and nearby networks that maintain him engaged with friends and referral sources. He has continued to refine workplace procedures and client intake structures over the years, aiming to keep work green and obvious. Clients who are looking for a small-firm surroundings find a consistent point of contact and a practitioner familiar with each legal element and the enterprise side of making plans.
He practices from Valente Law, LLC’s Brecksville workplace, the place he handles estate planning, probate and business law things. He presently concentrates his practice on estate making plans, estate administration administration and legal services for small business clients.
