About Eric Blaine
Eric Blaine Alspaugh is a certified attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2004. His license is presently in active status. Mr. Alspaugh is the founder and president of Alspaugh Law, a regulation company specializing in corporate transactional and intellectual property law, positioned in Irvine, California. He has been working as an attorney for over 20 years, serving clients across Southern California.
Mr. Alspaugh earned his law degree degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2004. Prior to law program, he completed his undergraduate education on the University of California, San Diego, receiving a Bachelor of Science diploma in Biology in 1996. During his time at UCSD, he used to be awarded the Howard Hughes Science Enrichment Award and used to be a member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity.
Mr. Alspaugh concentrates his practice in the regions of highbrow property law, company transactions, and business litigation. He advocates for personal and publicly held companies, with significant talent in personal offerings, mergers and acquisitions, company governance, highbrow property, and licensing matters. Throughout his profession, Mr. Alspaugh has treated instances in the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared earlier than the California Court of Appeal on more than one occasions. Prior to founding his personal company, he labored as a partner at TechLaw LLP from 2014 to 2017 and at CKR Law, LLP from 2017 to 2018.
