About Emmanuel Sam
Emmanuel Sam Anthou built his legal foundation through formal study and early practical education. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Pennsylvania State University, University Park, in 1985. He then studied law at Duquesne University School of Law, completing his J.D. in 1990 and targeting actual property and taxation. After law school Anthou moved into public service. In 1990 he served as an Assistant District Lawyer in Washington County, Pennsylvania. He has been lively within the local real property network as well, holding membership in the Washington Greene Association of REALTORS since 1986.

He is a title agent for South Hills Settlements, Inc., and holds real property broker credentials thru Keller Williams Real Estate Services. He also operates as a dealer and appraiser beneath E.S.
