Emilie Kate Elliott is a licensed attorney licensed to practice regulation in the State of California. She used to be admitted to the California State Bar in 2005. Ms. Elliott is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Attorneys and the California Board of Registered Nursing. She is also a member of the American Bar Association's Health Law Division and the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association. She has served on the board of administrators of CASA of San Luis Obispo County and the Food Bank Coalition of San Luis Obispo. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, Pilates, meditation, operating, snowboarding, and SCUBA diving.
