About Ellis B.
Ellis B. Klein built his legal basis in Pennsylvania. He earned a B.A. in political science and government from Albright College in 1990 and a J.D. from Widener University Delaware School of Law in 1994. Those years framed the start of a profession spent in large part in felony protection and related court work.
Fresh out of law school, he joined the District Lawyer's Office as a senior deputy district lawyer. The position put him on the front line of prosecutions and courtroom procedures early in his professional life. He reduce his tooth there handling arraignments, initial hearings and trial preparation. That early courtroom time formed how he approaches cases today.
In 1999 he have become a partner at Young, Klein & Associates. As a companion he took on trial work across a range of felony matters, including riding beneath the influence instances. The partnership years deepened his courtroom experience and expanded the kinds of clients he represented. Klein has been lively in numerous professional organizations that reflect his areas of practice. He holds memberships in the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the American Institute of Criminal Law Lawyers, the American Institute of DUI Lawyers, the American Society of Legal Advocates, the Bucks County Bar Association and the National Advocacy for DUI Defense. These memberships have kept him engaged with advancements in DUI and felony protection practice, rules of evidence and trial method.
In 2015 he opened The Law Offices of Ellis B. Klein & Associates, LLC. As proprietor and lawyer he has overseen the company's case intake and legal proceedings approach. His workplace advocates for clients charged with felony offenses and DUI-related things at county courts across Pennsylvania. He runs a small practice that emphasizes direct client touch and court preparedness. Cases variety from first-offense DUI things to extra complex criminal charges, and he often handles matters from initial arrest thru trial.
Klein’s profession follows a steady trail from prosecutor-side knowledge to private felony protection practice. He brings trial experience gained over many years to the clients he advocates for. He now leads The Law Offices of Ellis B. Klein & Associates, LLC and concentrates on felony defense and DUI things.
