About Elizabeth A.

Elizabeth A. Clark grew up studying the guidelines that shape property and enterprise. She turned that curiosity into a legal education that spans state and federal tax work. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Wilmington College in 2007, completed a Juris Doctor on the University of Montana School of Law in 2012, and further a LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law in 2016.

After law school she began practice in Montana. Her first role used to be as an affiliate at Terrazas Law Offices in 2012. She remained with that team because it advanced, taking a role at Terrazas Clark Henkel, PC in 2017 the place she served as an attorney dealing with things for person and small business owners. In 2018 she moved to Bjornson Jones Mungas, PLLC as an associate. The series shows a continuous progression from entry-degree affiliate work to duties that involve tax and estate making plans questions.

Her LL.M. in taxation informs much of the work she takes on. Clark handles things that commonly intersect tax and estate regulation: drafting and administering trusts, estate administration work, and advising clients on tax implications of asset transfers.
