About Elgine

Elgine McArdle is an attorney primarily based in Wheeling, West Virginia, with over 30 years of experience in felony and family regulation. She is the founding father of McArdle Law Office, a general litigation practice focusing on state and federal felony protection, family law, and corporate legal proceedings. She and her husband, Jack, were married for over 30 years and feature three young people: Danielle, a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Massachusetts Amherst; Ian, an anesthesiologist in residency at WVU Hospitals; and Brooke, a Medicare Analyst with the West Virginia Attorney General's workplace. Her commitment to her clients and community has been acknowledged with several honors, including being named amongst the "Top Ten Family Law Attorneys in WV" in 2020 and 2021. Receiving the highest score by attorney rating service in Ethics and Legal Ability in 2022 and 2023.
