About Edwin V.
Edwin V. Butler began his educational trail at the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a B.A. in Government and Economics in 1979. He went directly to Saint Louis University School of Law and received his J.D. in 1982. Butler’s first expert role after law school used to be within the personal sector. In 1982 he labored as a tax accountant and lawyer at Arthur Andersen. A year later he moved into public service as an assistant prosecuting lawyer within the St. Louis Office of the Circuit Attorney. In 1987 Butler opened The Butler Law Office. He practiced privately for many years and then took on a management position in 2006 as a managing member of Butler Mehan LLC.
