Ed Williams received his J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law in 2016. He completed his legal research after a focused duration on the faculty and entered the practice of law soon afterward. His education at Mississippi College gave him a foundation in court process, legal research and client advocacy.
He began his profession in personal practice, working on cases and matters that required hands-on problem solving and realistic legal work. Those early years involved drafting pleadings, assembly clients and appearing in courtroom. He developed routines for case preparation and attorney-client communication that have carried through his practice.
Over time Williams expanded his practice responsibilities. He has handled things that integrate bargaining, trial preparation and transactional tasks. His day-to-day work has included counseling clients, managing case documents and coordinating with opposing counsel and courts.
