About Don

Don Quinn constructed his law program résumé throughout three establishments and 3 states. He holds a J.D. from the University of Missouri–Columbia, a M.A. from Harvard University, and a B.A. from Washington State University’s Pullman campus. Those educational steps framed a career that crosses municipal and federal lines.

Quinn is licensed to practice in Washington, the District of Columbia, and Maryland. He is a current member of the District of Columbia Bar and the Maryland State Bar Association. He also participates in the James C. Cawood, Jr. American Inn of Court and keeps memberships in Phi Alpha Delta and the International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi. Those affiliations position him in expert circles that mix trial practice, ethics discussions, and ongoing legal training.

Over the years Quinn has labored in settings that expose a lawyer to each court process and client counseling. He has taken things before state tribunals and engaged with federal statutory and regulatory problems. His practice experience consists of preparing court filings, negotiating on behalf of clients, and presenting arguments in hearings. Colleagues describe him as thorough in legal research and cautious in case improvement; those characteristics have formed how he strategies complicated things that contact multiple jurisdictions.

Outside court dockets, Quinn has been lively in legal organizations that emphasize mentoring and expert requirements. His participation within the Inn of Court and scholar legal fraternities reflects an interest within the career’s traditions and within the schooling of more recent lawyers. That facet of his professional life enhances his practice work and ties him to nearby bar things to do in Washington, D.C., and Maryland.

Quinn practices at Quinn Law Group. He divides his time amongst matters that require litigation, counseling, and procedural navigation across state and federal boards. His caseload brings him into touch with business clients, people, and agencies, and his work frequently calls for coordination among diverse regulatory schemes.

His current practice focuses on representing individuals and businesses in things arising under state and federal regulation.
