Radtke is admitted to practice in Washington state. He holds admissions to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and to both the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington. His credentials also include admission to the United States highest court. Those skills mean he can constitute clients in trial courts and on appeal throughout multiple levels of the federal court.
Beyond court work, Radtke keeps memberships in legal organizations. He has been a member of the Washington State Association for Justice since 1998 and served at the WSAJ Public Affairs Committee from 2012 to 2013. He is indexed in Who’s Who in American Law, a club he has held since 2003. These affiliations have stored him related to statewide practice problems and to friends in trial advocacy.
