Mr. Chin earned his law degree degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he graduated in 2003. Prior to law program, he finished his undergraduate schooling on the University of California, Berkeley, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biophysics. Hamilton of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
