Delmar D Weldon III combined a business undergraduate education with a later Juris Doctor. He earned a B.S. in business from Indiana University Bloomington and a J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. That educational grounding set the stage for a profession spent largely in courtrooms and lecture rooms.
Early on he gained practical publicity interior prosecutors’ workplaces and public-curiosity clinics.
