Deanna L Aguinaga-Walker has practiced regulation since earning her J.D. in 1995. She constructed a career that moves between firm management and courtroom work. Colleagues describe her as steady and methodical. Clients have relied on her in complex things in state and federal venues.
She earned her J.D. from Northern Illinois University in 1995 after completing undergraduate studies at Judson College, the place she received a B.A. in Elementary Education in 1991. Those credentials set the stage for a profession that blends legal proceedings and transactional work.
Her early practice covered the founding of a company in 2003, when she helped set up Aguinaga, Serrano & Low. That project positioned her in partnership and gave her experience operating a small company. Aguinaga-Walker is licensed to the Supreme Court of Illinois and to practice before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She holds memberships in several professional groups, including the Kane County and DuPage County bar institutions, the National Association of Bankruptcy Lawyers, and organizations for actual estate attorneys and senior services.
