About Dean C
Dean C Ferraro constructed his profession on continuous development through courtroom work and in-house litigation. He earned a B.A. in political science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in 1992 and finished his J.D. at The University of Mississippi School of Law in 1996. Those years set a basis in both the concept and practice of regulation.
He moved into public service early in his legal career, joining the Hamilton County, Tennessee, District Lawyer’s Office as an assistant district lawyer in 1998. That position put him at the front lines of criminal prosecution and litigation preparation. In 2003 he shifted to the private sector as an in-residence legal proceedings lawyer for Safeco Insurance, where he treated defense-aspect things and learned how insurers evaluate and control claims.
In 2005 Ferraro opened his own practice because the Law Office of Dean C. Ferraro and later took on management roles in firm control. He served as managing shareholder of Esquire Law Partners starting in 2013 and, in 2016, became managing partner of Ferraro Law Office PLLC. Those positions mixed casework with the executive duties of running a company. Over time his practice work and his managerial responsibilities moved in tandem.
Ferraro is admitted to practice in Tennessee, Colorado and California. His background crosses the private and non-private sectors, encompassing prosecution, defense and coverage-aspect litigation. Much of his work has involved court litigation, pretrial motions and client counseling related to civil disputes and coverage matters. He brings realistic courtroom experience to clients and colleagues, gained from years dealing with trials and contested hearings.
Colleagues and clients see an attorney comfortable on each facets of the docket. He has navigated trial calendars, handled discovery disputes and argued motions in state and federal venues. His workplace additionally manages the enterprise of running a small company, from client intake through trial preparation. He currently practices thru Ferraro Law Office PLLC. He concentrates his recent practice on litigation, including insurance-associated claims and civil disputes.
