About David Pierce
David Pierce Uffens constructed a trail to law that started in verbal exchange and business studies and moved steadily into personal practice. He holds a B.A. in Communication and Business Law and a Master of Communication Management from the University of Southern California, observed by a J.D. from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. His academic record displays a blend of legal background and verbal exchange strategy.
His early expert life did not start in a court. In 2009 he served as a department manager for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., a role that put him in the middle of operational oversight, adherence problems and client service. That period supplied management experience and publicity to regulatory frameworks that later informed his legal work.
Uffens transitioned into law companies and legal project roles after finishing law school. In 2013 he worked as a freelance lawyer and task manager at Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro, a role that concerned supporting legal proceedings groups and coordinating elements of complicated cases. He then joined Goldman & Zwillinger PLLC in 2015, where he continued in firm practice and legal proceedings help.
In 2016 he became a partner at Best Law Office. That move marked his first leadership position inside a law company, with expanded duties for client matters and case strategy. In 2021 he joined Jaburg Wilk as a companion, persevering with in personal practice and firm control. Over the years he has taken on responsibilities that integrate substantive legal work with task and practice oversight.
Uffens is licensed to practice in Arizona, Missouri and Washington. His expert trajectory crosses institutional and company settings, from banking operations to countrywide legal proceedings shops to boutique practice. The variety of roles has given him experience managing teams, coordinating multi-party things and dealing with client communications.
Colleagues describe his strategy as methodical and pragmatic. He brings organizational experience from his banking background and practical litigation knowledge from successive company engagements. He now practices as a companion at Jaburg Wilk, dealing with litigation, case management and client counseling.
