About David
David Holt started his educational path in engineering. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities in 2010. Three years later he finished his Juris Doctor at William Mitchell College of Law, concluding his formal legal background in 2013.
He moved shortly from graduation into practice. In 2013 he established Holt Law LLC and took on the position of managing lawyer. Over the years he has balanced client work with the every day demands of running a small firm. That aggregate has required him to handle both legal tasks and the administrative selections that keep a tradition operating.
Before law program Holt’s engineering schooling shaped his strategy to hassle fixing. The education emphasized information, systems and cautious analysis. Those habits of thoughts appear in how he strategies case evaluation and approach. That technical background also informs his work as a SCORE Certified Mentor, where he advises entrepreneurs and small business owners on realistic issues related to beginning and developing an industry.
His expert life has included club in numerous legal and business organizations. He has remained active in nearby networks and mentoring circles, keeping professional connections across Minnesota. Those ties have supported referrals, local collaboration and continuing legal education pursuits.
At Holt Law LLC he handles the duties typical of a small company principal. He meets with clients, prepares filings, negotiates the place appropriate and oversees case management. He is the number one contact for the firm’s things and manages outdoor relationships with courts and other mavens. The firm is based in Minnesota and serves clients in the state’s legal authority.
Holt has combined technical education and legal credentials into a tradition that mixes client advocacy with firm leadership. He also contributes time to mentoring through the SCORE Association. The end result is a tradition that displays both his engineering background and his legal education.
He presently practices law at Holt Law LLC in Minnesota, where he serves because the company’s managing lawyer.
