David F Fair constructed his trail to the regulation in two steps. He earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Redlands in 2016 and continued to law program at Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, receiving his J.D. in 2019. Those years framed his entry into legal work and shaped how he approached cases early in his professional life.
His first recorded position in the field got here in 2016, when he labored as a legal assistant for KENT Recovery Services. That role put him at the the front lines of client contact and the day-to-day mechanics of legal practice. It used to be practical work: documents, intake, research and the executive tasks that maintain a small legal operation moving.
After law school, Fair gained admission to practice in New York and joined the State Bar of New York as a member. That association places him within the state’s expert network and subjects his work to the guidelines and standards of the New York bar. He has continued his practice within the state since finishing his J.D.
