About Danielle

Danielle Ross blends education in regulation and clinical psychology in a tradition that crosses legal and human terrain. She earned a J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2003 after completing a B.A. in psychology at Pennsylvania State University. Years later she returned to graduate study in psychology, earning a M.A. in forensic psychology from the University of North Dakota in 2011 after which completing a M.A. (2017) and Ph.D. (2020) in medical psychology at Fielding Graduate Institute.

Her path through two disciplines shaped an uncommon expert profile. After law school she joined practice and remained related to litigation and trial work. Over time she added medical training, reading evaluation and the psychological resultseasily of trauma. That aggregate of legal experience and medical schooling offers her a framework for handling cases that involve each court advocacy and careful awareness to client mental fitness.

Ross is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and earlier than the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She also seems in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. She is permitted to practice immigration and citizenship application process law in all 50 states and U.S. territories pursuant to 9 USC 1292.1. Those credentials permit her to take immigration matters that intersect with federal legal proceedings and appellate work.

Her memberships mirror the mix of interests in her profession. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the National Association of Immigration Professionals. She also holds memberships in the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Lackawanna County Bar Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. Those expert ties position her in groups of practice for both immigration work and civil legal proceedings.

Ross practices at Needle Law Office. Colleagues describe her as a person who moves among legal strategy and medical evaluation when instances call for it. In immigration cases she draws on clinical information to record trauma, explain intellectual fitness impacts and prepare testimony, whilst counting on courtroom experience for filings and hearings. She presently practices at Needle Law Office and handles immigration, citizenship application process and related federal matters.
