About Daniel
Daniel Munley studied at the University of Scranton, earning a Bachelor of Science in 1990. He went directly to obtain his law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1994. Those years of formal education laid the groundwork for a court-centered career that started within the mid-1990s.
He joined Munley Law in 1997 and has been related to the company since then. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. His position at Munley Law has centered on trial work, and he has maintained lively membership within the Pennsylvania State Bar and numerous nearby bar institutions throughout his career.
Certifications are a notable part of his professional profile. He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He also holds certification from the Association of Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America, and he serves at the Board of Regents of the Academy of Truck Accident Lawyers.
