About Dani
Dani Birman moved from Florida classrooms into courtrooms over the span of a decade. She entered law after completing undergraduate research at Florida State University, then earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2017.
At Florida State she studied sociology and political science, receiving a B.A. in 2014. The aggregate gave her a grounding in both social systems and public establishments. She went on to the Levin College of Law, where she finished her law degree in 2017.
While in law school Birman gained hands-on experience thru internships and externships. In 2015 she served as an extern for Inspired Review, LLC. That identical year she labored as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Spencer Eig, an opportunity that exposed her to the practical workings of the court and judicial decision-making.
After completing law school she joined Chepenik Trushin LLP and became a partner in 2017. The move put her in personal practice inside Florida. She is a recent member of The Florida Bar and carries a lively membership there.
Her work has concerned typical responsibilities of company practice: client counseling, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and appearing before judges.
