About Dalia

Dalia Labrador arrived at law thru a trail that crossed finance, enterprise and courtroom education. She studied finance as an undergraduate, earned a MBA foreign, and then returned to the United States to complete law school. The mix of business and criminal regulation training has formed the early arc of her career.

Labrador holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Florida, finished in 2010. She later earned a MBA from the University of San Pablo CEU in 2014. She completed her legal research at Chicago-Kent College of Law, receiving a J.D. in 2017. Her years in law program covered court-aspect knowledge and clinic work that uncovered her to a variety of felony matters.

As a law student Labrador took practical roles that emphasized felony defense and public-sector work. She served within the Criminal Defense Clinic at Chicago-Kent, labored within the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in both the Narcotics Unit and the First Municipal department, and externed for a federal judge at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She additionally completed regulation clerk assignments at personal companies and at a felony defense practice, gaining knowledge in studies, movement work and client interviews.

After law school she moved into body of workers and affiliate positions. In 2018 she worked as a staff lawyer at Ryley Carlock & Applewhite and as an affiliate lawyer on the Colorado Legal Defense Group. Those roles followed a series of clerkships and scholar-practice placements and marked her transition into full-time practice.
