About Cynthia
Cynthia Rignanese has constructed a legal life that moves between courtrooms, classrooms and community halls. Her profession in Florida regulation stretches again many years and includes practice, teaching and public engagement.
She earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 1987 and a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1990. During her scholar years she pursued research foreign, spending time at the University of Siena in Florence and at Richmond College in London. Those years established a blend of enterprise and legal background that has shaped her strategy to practice.
Early in her career she obtained licensure from The Florida Bar and secured admission to the courts of the Middle District of Florida. In 1994 she taught as a part-time law professor at Webber International University, bringing realistic experience into the study room and helping to prepare younger lawyers and students for legal work.
She founded Rignanese & Associates, PLLC and serves because the firm’s senior managing shareholder. In that position she oversees day-to-day operations while handling client matters and supervising different attorneys. The firm is primarily based in central Florida and serves clients across the state.
Outside the office she has engaged in media and outreach. She hosted a program on Blog Talk Radio called "LadyLawyerLive," a discussion board the place legal subjects have been discussed for lay audiences. That work reflected a curiosity in explaining the law in simple language and in connecting legal issues to broader community concerns.
Her network and professional involvement is extensive. She was a founding partner of the Winter Haven Women’s Bar Association and has served as its president. She helped establish Females Advancing Business (FAB), where she has been a director, legal counsel and served as president in 2013–14. She has held leadership posts in the Kiwanis Club of Lake Wales, including president and scholarship chair, and has represented the membership at international conventions. She participated on organizing committees for Celebrate Lake Wales and the YMCA Turner Center in their inaugural years, and she or he is a mentor within the University of Florida mentoring program. She is likewise a member of the Estate Planning Council of Polk County and maintains club in the American Bar Association and nearby enterprise groups.
Her work combines legal practice, community service and education. She leads Rignanese & Associates, PLLC, where she practices regulation in Florida, targeting enterprise, tax and estate planning things for person and institutional clients.
