About Clark H.

Clark H. Henderson constructed his legal foundation throughout 3 schools earlier than getting into practice. He earned an Associate of Arts from Jones County Junior College in 2003, a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Alabama in 2007, and a law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2011. Those years formed his early interest in court work and dispute resolution.

Henderson started his realistic legal knowledge while still a student. In 2010 he served as a legal intern for The Honorable Laura Petro and also worked as an ADR legal intern at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Earlier, in 2006, he labored as a body of workers assistant on the University of South Alabama Mitchell Center. Those roles gave him publicity to both administrative processes and the procedural demands of legal proceedings.

After law program he moved into personal practice. His first role was as an associate at Talty Law Office in 2011. A yr later he joined James C. Campbell, P.A. as an affiliate. In 2014 he have become a companion at Campbell & Henderson, PLLC. He later transitioned to practice at Oberliesen & Henderson. Over this period he handled things in state and federal court and worked on instances that required coordination with administrative businesses.

Henderson is certified to practice in both Florida and Alabama. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. Memberships include the American Bar Association and the Birmingham Bar Association, both since 2011, and the Okaloosa/Walton County Bar Association since 2012. He keeps an active presence in those nearby and countrywide bar teams.

Colleagues describe him as pragmatic within the court and methodical in case preparation. That description displays years spent moving from intern to affiliate to companion. His early alternative dispute resolution work on the EEOC and his federal-court admissions have informed how he approaches legal proceedings approach and settlement negotiations. He has balanced trial work with pretrial advocacy and client counseling throughout his career.

He presently practices at Oberliesen & Henderson, dealing with things in state and federal courts and dealing with clients on legal proceedings and administrative disputes.
