Clark Grounsell took an indirect route to regulation. He studied economics as an undergraduate, hung out thinking about how systems work and why people make the choices they do, then became to the law after university. That aggregate of analytical education and legal study shapes the manner he practices today.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of South Carolina in 2005. A few years later he enrolled at Charleston School of Law and acquired his J.D. in 2011.
