About Christopher L.

Christopher L. Lufrano trained first within the sciences of markets and later in the law. He earned a B.S. from Boston University in 2001 and persisted his studies on the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, receiving his J.D. in 2007. Those degrees set the stage for a profession that crosses the boundary between finance and legal practice.

Before getting into law program, Lufrano spent time within the buying and selling room. In 2005 he labored as a hard and fast profits dealer at Morgan Stanley & Co. That early work within the monetary markets uncovered him to the rhythms of trading desks, the structure of debt devices and the pressures of quick-shifting markets. It used to be a realistic education in capital markets that would later tell his strategy to legal problems.

After law school he moved into personal practice. He served as an associate at Napoli Bern Ripka Shkolnik, LLP in 2011, gaining experience in client representation and case management. In 2013 he labored at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, the place he practiced as an attorney in a company known for its dealing with of complicated company and monetary things. Those years at established firms added institutional knowledge to the market background he had brought from Wall Street.
