About Christopher J.
Christopher J. Tyrpak built his legal basis at two schools in western New York. He earned a bachelor’s diploma in economics and political science from Canisius College in 2004. He went on to obtain his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2008.
After law school he entered personal practice in New York. Over time he gained admissions to both state and federal courts. He is licensed to practice in New York and is licensed to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, as well as the Bankruptcy Court for that district.
His work spans things that continue in state judiciary and people that require federal filings. He handles litigation and contested things that occur in bankruptcy hearings. He additionally manages related transactional and advisory duties that often accompany bankruptcy and restructuring issues. His instances have required filings and proceedings at multiple levels of the court system in the Western District of New York.
