Christopher F. Morales is a certified attorney licensed to practice law within the State of California. He used to be licensed to the California State Bar in 1991. His license is currently in lively standing. Mr. Morales is the founder and managing shareholder of The Morales Law Firm, a felony defense practice with offices in San Francisco and Redwood City, California. He has been working as an attorney for over 35 years, serving clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding counties.
Mr. Morales earned his Juris Doctor diploma from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1990. Prior to law school, he finished his undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley, receiving a Bachelor of Arts diploma in 1984. During his time at Santa Clara University, he developed a strong interest in felony law, which led him to center of attention his practice solely on criminal defense.
Mr. Morales concentrates his practice in the regions of criminal protection, handling a wide range of cases including felonies, misdemeanors, and juvenile matters. He has represented clients in various stages of the judicial process, which includes pre-trial motions, trials, appeals, and post-conviction proceedings. His experience encompasses instances involving drug offenses, theft crimes, assault, domestic violence, and financial crimes.
Throughout his profession, Mr. Morales has treated instances within the Superior Court of California for the County of San Francisco, the Superior Court of California for the County of San Mateo, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. He has also seemed earlier than the California Court of Appeal on more than one occasions. Prior to founding his personal company, he labored as an affiliate at a mid-size legal proceedings firm in San Francisco for numerous years.
Mr. Morales is an active member of the State Bar of California and holds certification as a Criminal Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
