About Christopher
Christopher Christiansen constructed his academic foundation throughout three institutions. He earned a B.S. in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Southern Utah University in 2009. He followed that with a M.P.A. from Golden Gate University in 2011. He completed his legal studies at Arizona Summit Law School, receiving his J.D. in 2013. Those years form a profile that blends public administration, policy knowing and courtroom education.
After law program, Christiansen moved into practice throughout state and federal lines. He is admitted to the bars of Utah and Arizona, and he holds admissions in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona and the United States District Court for the Central District of Utah. Those credentials allow him to take instances that cross state boundaries and to appear in federal court when things require it.
His background in public management informs how he approaches legal problems. The M.P.A. training contributes an eye for regulatory element and institutional procedure. The undergraduate study in political science and felony justice provides context for statutory and coverage questions. He draws on those strands when examining a client’s situation, whether the difficulty is procedural, regulatory or factual.
Christiansen founded Christiansen Law, PLLC to provide a secure platform for his practice. The company serves clients in both Utah and Arizona. Over time it has treated matters that require appearances in state courts and the federal districts the place he's admitted. He manages filings, client meetings and courtroom calendar work out of that office.
Colleagues describe him as pragmatic within the courtroom and methodical in preparation. He has a tendency to keep his legal writing clean and his oral presentations targeted. That strategy is practical; it aims to make complex data accessible to judges, juries and clients alike. He also balances court work with the administrative side of operating a small company.
Outside of casework, Christiansen’s mixed education in regulation and public management has given him habitual opportunities to deal with procedural demanding situations and to advise on adherence questions. He has maintained lively admissions in multiple jurisdictions to retain flexibility for clients whose things span state or federal structures. He presently practices at Christiansen Law, PLLC, dealing with matters in Arizona and Utah and within the federal courts where he is licensed.
