About Christine L.

Christine L. Crilley built a legal career that moves among the court and the convention desk. She studied at the University of Northern Iowa, earning a B.A. in 1979, and completed her law degree at the University of Iowa, receiving a J.D. in 1983. Those years set the stage for a practice centered on family regulation and dispute decision.

Early in her profession Crilley gravitated toward cases that require both legal court decision and realistic hassle-fixing. Over time she developed a tradition that balances legal proceedings skills with opportunity dispute resolution methods. She is principal of Crilley Law Offices PLLC, where clients discover a lawyer who frequently handles divorce, custody matters and related family-regulation problems.

Mediation and collaborative law were central functions of Crilley’s work. She is a licensed mediator through the Iowa Association of Mediators and sits at the Iowa sixth Judicial District roster of mediators. Her education extends past practice; she is an Advanced Practitioner with the Association for Conflict Resolution and is a nationally accredited mediation trainer. Those credentials permit her to each mediate instances and teach different mavens how to lead mediated processes.

Locally she participates in the Linn County Bar Association.
