About Christiana
Christiana Mann completed her undergraduate diploma at Franklin Pierce College in 1997 and earned her J.D. from Roger Williams University in 2001. She entered the legal profession following law school and built a steady career throughout New England courts. The academic document set the stage for a practice rooted in litigation and courtroom work.
Her early professional years included a position as an affiliate at Lynch & Lynch starting in 2003. She moved to Peter Thompson & Associates in 2009 as an affiliate and later have become a member of that firm in 2012. Those years gave her extended exposure to firm practice, case management and client representation in each state and federal things.
In 2018 she opened Mann Law and assumed ownership. The firm signaled a transition from partner-level roles to principal counsel and enterprise owner. She is licensed to practice in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts, and she is licensed to the United States District Court of Massachusetts, permitting her to work on things in state and federal venues.
Mann participates in a number of professional and community organizations. She serves as Co-Chair of the Maine Women’s Bar Association and holds a board role with the Maine Trial Lawyers Association. She is a board member of the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce and keeps memberships within the American Association for Justice, the Maine Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association. Those affiliations inform her expert community and network presence.
Her practice concentrates on legal proceedings. She handles disputes that proceed thru discovery and towards decision in courtroom when important. Colleagues and clients have relied on her courtroom experience and familiarity with procedural practice across more than one jurisdictions in New England.
She currently leads Mann Law, where she concentrates on civil litigation and trial work.
