Chinwe N. Foster graduated from Ohio State University in 2002 with a bachelor’s diploma in criminology and earned her J.D. from Howard University School of Law in 2005. She moved from law school into public protection work, a path that formed her early professional years and brought her to the cadence of Georgia courtrooms.
Her first legal position was with the Atlanta Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office starting in 2005. There she treated a steady docket of criminal matters and discovered trial practice beneath strain.
