About Charles D. Garner

Charles D. Garner Jr. has built a continuous legal career that begins in the 1980s and continues into the present. He finished his undergraduate studies at Ursinus College, earning a B.A. in 1983. He then attended Dickinson School of Law and acquired his J.D. in 1986. Those years set the stage for instant access into practice.

He joined Reynier, Crocker, Allebach & Reber as an attorney in 1986. That early period used to be formative. He handled day-to-day client things, gained trial experience and learned the realistic needs of operating a regulation practice. Over the next decade he developed the skills that would lead him to start his own company.
