Notable transactions include advising BioMarin Pharmaceutical on its $720 million public providing of regular stock, assisting Seagen with a $552 million public providing of common stock, and guiding Jazz Pharmaceuticals through a $575 million combination principal quantity of exchangeable senior notes. He is admitted to practice earlier than all courts in California.
Mr. Mills is an active member of the State Bar of California. He has been acknowledged by his peers and was decided on to Rising Stars for 2012–2013. He is fluent in English and serves clients during California.
