About Chad

Chad Frost earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans. He arrived at law program after undergraduate research somewhere else, and he left with a law degree ready for court work. Those years shaped his knowing of legal process and practice in a manner that later informed public service.

Early in his career he entered public service. In 2012 he served as an Assistant State Lawyer in the State Lawyer's Office for Florida’s Ninth Judicial Circuit. That position positioned him inside the circuit court system and exposed him to the daily realities of prosecutorial work in a hectic legal authority. The position required continuous case preparation, collaboration with law enforcement and an ability to control documents beneath courtroom time limits.

His time within the Ninth Judicial Circuit provided realistic courtroom experience. He worked on motions, attended hearings and participated in trials along extra senior prosecutors. The job gave him an acquaintance with Florida’s procedural rules and the tactical needs of courtroom practice. Those elements stay a part of his expert foundation.

Outside the court he has maintained ties to the nearby legal network. He is a recent member of the Orange County Bar Association and holds different professional memberships. He attends bar features and ongoing legal training occasions that mirror the modifications in Florida law and practice. Those activities maintain him engaged with the evolving wants of judges, lawyers and clients within the area.

Colleagues describe Frost as a person who discovered the mechanics of litigation early and carried that work ethic into subsequent roles. He has balanced trial work with the preparation that goes on behind the scenes: discovery, witness preparation and legal research. The aggregate of these duties informs how he evaluates cases and advises clients.

Frost is licensed to practice in Florida and maintains an active presence in the state’s legal community. He works on things that occur in state judiciary and continues to draw on his knowledge from the Ninth Judicial Circuit. He currently practices regulation in Florida, dealing with things in state courts.
