About Chad Bion
Chad Bion Yates is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He used to be licensed to the California State Bar in 2007. His license is currently in lively status. Mr. Yates is the President and Principal Attorney at Beck & Yates, A Professional Law Corporation, a law company positioned in Modesto, California. He has been working as an attorney for over eighteen years, serving clients across the Central Valley region.
Mr. Yates earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, the place he graduated in 2007. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education on the University of California, Davis, receiving a Bachelor of Arts diploma. During his time at UC Hastings, he used to be involved in a number of legal clinics and externships, gaining realistic experience in civil litigation and property making plans.
Mr. Yates concentrates his practice in the areas of property planning, corporate law, and civil litigation. He represents people and agencies in matters involving wills, trusts, powers of attorney, company formation, commercial transactions, and property disputes. His practice encompasses all stages of legal proceedings, including initial case assessment, evidence-gathering process, facilitated negotiation, settlement negotiations, and trial hearings in each state and federal courts.
Throughout his profession, Mr. Yates has handled instances within the Superior Court of California for the County of Stanislaus, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on more than one occasions. Prior to founding his own company, he worked as an associate at Gianelli & Associates, PLC, and as a law clerk at The Farrace Law Firm, P.C., gaining experience in civil, business, and real property legal proceedings.
Mr. Yates is an active member of the California State Bar Association. He has served as a director for the Alzheimer/Dementia Support Center, Inc. from 2013 to 2015. He is English-speaking, allowing him to serve the numerous communities of the Central Valley successfully.
