About Catherine

Catherine Kyle studied political and liberal arts subjects at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning her B.A. in 1993. She continued her legal education at Indiana University Maurer School of Law and received her J.D. in 1996. Those years formed her approach to the practice of regulation: practical, methodical and attentive to element.

After law program she established her professional legal career in Indiana. Over the years she has labored on matters that require each legal proceedings talent and careful client counseling. Her work has taken her thru court filings, client conferences and bargaining sessions. She has spent decades practicing under Indiana’s justice system and is admitted to practice in that legal authority.

Her background combines formal study and lengthy practice. The law school curriculum gave her a grounding in process and substantive regulation, and the years since graduation were spent applying that education to real instances. Colleagues describe her as steady beneath strain, and clients have relied on her for practical advice. She balances courtroom needs with client-dealing with work, preparing court filings and settlement positions as circumstances require.

She has worked with a selection of clients, which includes individuals and agencies. That range has required awareness to the business and personal penalties of legal selections. She has handled regulatory questions, contractual disputes and the transactional things that frequently precede litigation. Her practice has concerned drafting files, advising on danger and, when necessary, taking disputes into formal proceedings.
