About Cassie
Cassie Clagett started her educational path at Saint Mary’s College, the place she earned a B.B.A. in marketing and management in 2002. She persisted her studies at Thomas M. After several years in that position she based Clagett Law in 2024 and began operating under her personal firm name.
Clagett is admitted to multiple bars. She has been a member of the State Bar of Illinois since 2005, the District of Columbia Bar and the State Bar of Minnesota since 2006, and the Kentucky Bar Association since 2007. She is likewise admitted to practice earlier than the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Federal Circuit. Those admissions imply she has experience filing appellate briefs and acting in federal appellate courts in addition to state trial work.
