About Brittney
Brittney Kohler earned her undergraduate diploma from Winona State University in 2013, where she studied Law and Society and History. She went on to obtain her J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2016. Her academic path mixed classroom study with early realistic knowledge, a sample that persisted into her expert life.
While nevertheless in law program she worked as a regulation clerk at Smeberg Law Office PLLC in 2014. That position brought her to day-to-day regulation office work and the needs of client service. After finishing her diploma she moved into affiliate roles at small firms, taking over a developing caseload and deeper duties.
In 2017 Kohler joined Hoglund Law as an associate lawyer. She handled matters on behalf of clients, conducted legal studies, organized filings and supported hearings. The role broadened her exposure to procedural work and client counseling in a regulation office setting. She has been lively in the Minnesota legal network since that point and became a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association in 2017.
Kohler shifted companies again in 2020 when she have become an affiliate at Jeddeloh & Snyder PA. There she labored on a variety of client matters and persisted to grow courtroom and negotiation skills. Her tenure at more than one small firms supplied experience in case control and in guiding clients through the levels of legal proceedings and determination.
In 2022 she launched Kohler Law Office PLLC. As founder and lawyer, Kohler took on each the practice and the administrative duties of running a solo firm.
