About Brice
Brice Zoecklein constructed a legal foundation from business degrees into courtroom work. He holds a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, a M.B.A. from Stetson University and a B.S. in Business Management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Those mixed studies formed each his understanding of business systems and his approach to legal proceedings.
After law program he entered the Florida legal market as an associate. His early roles included work at Eraclides, Johns, Hall & Gelman in 2010 and at Thompson Trial Group in 2011. Those positions placed him on trial groups handling contested matters and uncovered him to the procedural needs of each trial and pretrial practice. He moved into partner roles over the following few years, becoming a member of Property Insurance Team, LLC in 2012 and Shield Law Group, PA in 2013.
In 2014 he opened his personal company, Zoecklein Law, PA. As owner and founder he has overseen litigation techniques, client counseling and courtroom preparation. The practice has operated mainly in Florida, and he holds admission to practice in Florida and in federal courts including the Federal Circuit. His background combines trial-room experience and business training, which clients and colleagues have relied on in insurance and civil disputes.
Zoecklein has remained concerned in local and expert organizations. He is a current member of the Riverview Chamber of Commerce and has been active in the Sun City Chamber of Commerce since 2014. He also maintains membership in the Hillsborough County Bar Association, where he has been indexed since 2010. Those nearby ties tell his work and keep him connected to the community where many of his cases occur.
