About Brian Roy
Brian Roy Carmichael grew up in Alabama and constructed his legal trail close to home. He left the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa with a bachelor’s degree in business management in 1998 and returned some years later to earn his J.D. from the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University in 2002. Those educational selections set a simple course: learn about business, then learn about law, then practice where he is aware of the humans and the guidelines.
His undergraduate years gave him grounding in how agencies function and the kinds of issues they face. Law faculty sharpened that perspective and further court procedure, writing and legal proceedings skill. He graduated from Faulkner University’s law school at a time when many new lawyers both moved away or joined large regional firms. Carmichael chose to remain part of Alabama’s legal network.

He now practices at Carmichael Law Group LLC, the place he handles things that occur under Alabama regulation. He keeps an office presence in the state and works on instances and client matters that require knowledge of nearby guidelines and courtroom practices.
