Brian P. Kowal studied at the University of Wisconsin–Madison before earning his J.D. from Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in 2006. He finished his legal training within the mid-2000s and joined the Florida Bar the subsequent yr. That early period set the stage for a career spent largely in Florida’s courtrooms.
