About Brian
Brian Higley is an attorney who built his legal basis at The University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. He earned his law degree in 2011 after completing his research in Salt Lake City. The law program’s curriculum and clinical programs gave him formal training in litigation, transactional practice and statutory analysis. He left law program prepared to begin representing clients in commercial matters.
His early years practicing law have been spent studying the practical side of corporate law. He treated contract drafting and review, endorsed small business clients on organizational alternatives, and advised on regimen compliance things. He has knowledge dealing with the daily legal issues that companies face. That hands-on work formed the legal field he now pursues.
Higley also maintains an active connection to the expert network. He keeps recent memberships in professional institutions that support persevering with education and peer engagement. Those memberships offer an ordinary supply of updates on modifications to state and national regulations affecting businesses. They also offer a forum for discussion with different lawyers who manage company and business cases.
