About Brian

Brian Ashbach earned his undergraduate degree in Information Systems from the University of Washington in 2002. He went on to Seattle University School of Law, where he finished his Juris Doctor in 2007 and served at the law review. That academic path combined technical education and legal scholarship and shaped the manner he strategies evidence and process.

After law school he set up his practice. Since 2008 he has owned and operated Ashbach Law Offices, LLC. Over the years he has treated things in state courts and in the Tulalip Tribal Court. He is licensed to practice in Washington and appears frequently in nearby courthouses near his workplaces.

His memberships reflect the kinds of things he handles. He has been a member of the National Association of DUI Defense since 2009. He joined the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association in 2008, and he is a member of the Snohomish County Bar Association. Those affiliations sign ongoing engagement with advancements in felony and trial practice and offer a channel to ongoing legal training and peer consultation.

Clients seek advice from him for felony protection and DUI instances, in addition to associated proceedings and trials. He prepares instances for evidentiary proceedings, negotiates with prosecutors when suitable, and advocates for clients at trial. His two workplace locations are in Mill Creek and Marysville, which lets in him to serve communities across the Snohomish County area.

As of 2026 he keeps lively practice thru Ashbach Law Offices, LLC and continues to symbolize individuals in criminal protection and DUI things in Washington and before the Tulalip Tribal Court.
